Rules on how to get in Acqua

Ok guys your leader here (Mrkickman)
Rules in getting in you character HAVE to have these abilities
1: it have to have intelligence mean smarts and tactics no rushing in to fights with out thinking
2: Have powers like magic Or have technology by your side (special tech like guns and bombs and derp like that)
3: PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEAAAASSSEEEEE be active meaning post at least twice a week tops and be ready to fight when needed
